Shipping Policy

After receiving your order, each piece is printed, hand-framed and packaged by my professional printer and framer on the Gold Coast.

Packaged items over 100cm can not be delivered to Post Office boxes.

All parcels require a signature on delivery. If you request ‘authority to leave’ then Brooke Darling Photography is not responsible for any damage, loss or theft of your parcel.

All art prints are sold on a made-to-order basis, please allow 3-4 weeks production time.

If you require your goods by a specific date, please ensure this is specified so we can work with you to achieve this, however this cannot be guaranteed.

Shipping is via a courier network and, depending on your location, we estimate it will take between 2 to 10 business days. Delivery times will vary depending on your location, you will be provided with tracking once dispatched. All orders are dispatched from our Gold Coast printer and framer based on the Gold Coast.

IMPORTANT MESSAGE: Please ensure all address details are correct when the order is placed. Please make sure if the delivery address is a business, that the business name is supplied. We cannot be responsible for delivery of incorrectly supplied addresses.

Returns Policy

We do not accept returns for change of mind purchases as our prints and frames are all custom made. Please choose carefully before placing your order.

If you’re unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason, please email brooke@brookedarling.co to discuss.

If orders are damaged in transit, our printer will replace the item and process returns claims via Couriers.

Please note: In order to process a return, we MUST have photo evidence of damage to the exterior packaging and photo evidence of damage to the item.

Damaged Returns Claims must be submitted within 24 hours (1 business day) of receiving the damaged item.

Please forward all Returns Claims to brooke@brookedarling.co and clearly state the product name, order number and client name.
